Upon request, eShow will grant individuals reasonable access to personal information that it holds about them. In addition, eShow will take reasonable steps to permit individuals to correct, amend, or delete information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate or incomplete. These requests can be made by completing our International Consumer Service form or by contacting the eShow office in the country where they reside.
eShow will take reasonable precautions to protect personal information in its possession from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Enforcement and Regulatory Oversight eShow will conduct compliance audits of its relevant privacy practices to verify adherence to this Policy. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Netronix Corporation commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF to VeraSafe, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your DPF Principles-related complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please visit the VeraSafe DPF Dispute Resolution Procedure Portal to file a complaint. Under certain conditions, more fully described on the official Data Privacy Framework website, you may have the option to invoke binding arbitration for complaints regarding DPF compliance when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
