About the Role
eShow is seeking a National Sales Manager to join our commercial organization in the Event Technology space. You will own the full sales cycle – from initial discovery to contract execution – delivering revenue targets that drive organizational growth. We are looking for a strategic seller who can effectively map client business challenges to our Event Management solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- Industry DNA: You have experience selling B2B solutions specifically to Associations, Event Organizers, or Trade Show Executives. Alternatively, you possess strong SaaS experience in a high-touch environment where the "Service" element (Support, Onboarding, Partnership) is just as critical to the value proposition as the software code.
- Sales Experience: You have 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience (closing). Whether you are a rising star in the mid-market or a seasoned enterprise veteran, you possess the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes and maintain deal momentum through the close.
- Strategic Deal Management: You leverage Sales Engineering support for technical demonstrations, allowing you to focus on the business case, negotiation, and closing strategy.
- CRM Discipline: You utilize Zoho CRM as your primary tool for forecasting, task management, and communication. You rely on data within Zoho, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, among other tools, to manage your pipeline effectively.
5 Core Accountabilities:
- Full-Cycle Execution: Manage opportunities from the first Discovery call to Closed-Won. You are responsible for the commercial outcome of the deal.
- Pipeline Generation: Execute specific sales strategies against targeted lists to supplement inbound leads, ensuring consistent 3x pipeline coverage relative to quota.
- Deal Velocity: Proactively utilize Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) to guide prospects through the buying journey and shorten sales cycles.
- CRM Fidelity: Maintain real-time data accuracy in Zoho CRM for all Opportunities, Notes, and Tasks to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Solution Selling: Conduct deep discovery to understand client needs before presenting solutions. Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver technical proof points while maintaining control of the sales process.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- New Bookings Closed ($): Achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Pipeline Creation/Health: Maintenance of 3x pipeline coverage.
- Activity Metrics: Consistent volume of discoveries, demos and presentations per week.
