About the Role
eShow is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales organization. This is a 100% remote position suitable for a candidate with 6+ months of relevant sales experience. You will be responsible for the initial phase of the sales cycle: qualifying inbound inquiries and generating new opportunities to support the sales pipeline. Your primary objective is to deliver high-quality, sales-ready meetings to our team of National Sales Managers.

- Self-Disciplined: You can effectively manage your daily schedule, meet activity targets, and stay organized in Zoho CRM in a remote work environment.
5 Core Accountabilities:
- Lead Response Time: Engage all inbound web inquiries within 15 minutes of submission to maximize conversion rates.
- Lead Activation: Monitor engagement signals (such as content downloads and webinar attendance) and initiate outreach to convert interest into active discussions.
- Targeted Outreach: Execute outbound campaigns against specific target lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
- Lead Qualification: Vet prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure quality before routing them to the appropriate National Sales Manager.
- Information Transfer: Ensure a seamless transition of prospect context and notes to the assigned National Sales Manager to maintain a professional client experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6+ months of previous BDR/SDR experience (outbound calling/emailing) is highly preferred.
- Industry Context: Prior experience selling to Associations/Non-Profits OR experience in SaaS with a strong service-delivery component is highly preferred.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with Google Workspace and LinkedIn. Experience with Zoho CRM is preferred.
- Workspace: Must have a dedicated, quiet home workspace and reliable internet.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- SQLs Generated: Number of qualified meetings booked and held.
- Response Time Adherence: Percentage of inbound leads contacted in <15 minutes.
- Daily Activity Volume: Consistently meeting Call and Email volume targets.
